Rode the way in and started to work our way back. From what i've heard, dealer support has been a big problem for them in the past as well. The new sled may work great, imo it looks terrible and i couldn't buy it. I agree the alpha does not like to follow other tracks. Its the nature of the one rail alpha design. Check and maintain your track tension, it needs to be on the tight side but not to. I got a 2025 arctic cat alpha that is having some really bad bogging issues. The top end runs great after a little hesitation but when i try to slowly idle or give it gas it bogs almost. Ok, bought a used reverse case and after a bit of figure it out reverse engineering, got it installed. Sled goes forward fine, but when you put it into reverse you can feel it. I have an 19 alpha that started having that problem this year. It’s looses all compression once it’s rolled and you have to pump the brake once it’s upright to get your. Bought a 2025 alpha hardcore and it still bogs on deep days no matter what ive done.
